That is how much money we raised for the children of Africa!

I couldn’t be happier!

And with that being said, we are off on our next project…and this one more local.  We are either taking donations or items for the local Foster Care Office.  It was knews to me until I was told that many of these children that are taken from a bad situation and dropped off at homes to be cared for show up with next to nothing.  So, our project for the next month is to purchase backpacks (that are totally on sale now people!) and p.j.s and stuffed animals and any other special item that can be packed up and given to a child…something that is new, and completely theirs.
